Hi,
I'm helping Oxfam to run a series of music gigs nationwide in October. Its a celebration of music in all its forms. Its called Oxjam and gigs can be as big or as small as you like. Some are purpose run and some can be 'tagged' with a proportion of any money made given to Oxfam. I would love to hear from any bands interested in taking part, and can help to ensure gigs are a success. This is not the place to sell Oxfam to people, but I can assure you only 3% of funds go on admin, the rest saves lives.

Bands wanted to play at The Universities at Medway

Bands wanted to play at the brand new on-campus nightclub "Purple" at the universities at Medway, Pembroke site, Chatham Historic Dockyard. You will play to students from The University of Kent, The University of Greenwich, Canterbury Christchurch University and Mid-Kent College. PA and sound engineer provided (no charge).

If you are a new band with a short set, feel free to apply as we can put you on with other bands. Mid-Kent College bands can apply directly to the music office, block 7.

As yet, the nightclub is not open due to red tape and it may not be open fully until September but in the meantime we may be putting on bands who can provide their own PA. All the bands who have applied so far have been added to the list to be considered. Bands without their own PA should still apply as they will be considered when the in-house PA is installed.

Please let me know when you apply if (a) you would be prepared to share your backline/drums with another band and/or (b) you would be prepared to use another band's backline/drums.

Artists of all kind needed....Well about 10 at the moment for a new website aimed at promoting the talented artists of our fair county.....
We are aiming to have the site completely up and running and fully automated by the end of january (fingers crossed)

The website will be for any kind of music, be it from bands or solo artists to showcase there work and even sell their lovely tracks online. It will also be the place to get your gigs a big shout out too and our aim is to provide info and contacts to help you guys make it big....

New London based Management company seeks bands/solo artists. Must write own material , no covers bands please. Under 30's age only, enthusiasm, dedication and talent are what I'm looking for.
