Created as the publishing arm of Red Admiral Records aquired by Chris Ashman in 1987 as a means to help small and unsigned artistes using Europa Sound Studios and the Red Admiral Records local artistes cassette label to protect their copyright.

Cringe Music is now a part of the One Kent organisation rejuvenating the Kent Music scene in conjunction with leaders in the Kent music arena providing support and growth for musicians and writers of all ages.
